Meet Our Staff
Abel (Belo) Charles
Founder & CEO

Abel, also known as Belo, is a Haitian entrepreneur, educator, and sports professional from Carrefour, Haiti. Raised in a Christian household, his upbringing and education inspired a passion for community development and leadership. Belo has built a versatile career spanning accounting, education, psychology, and social work. Currently pursuing studies in psychology and social work, he is dedicated to human development and community empowerment.
Belo is a licensed U.S Soccer Coach. He manages A.S. Truitier, He is an assistant coach at One Knox Youth Club, founded Rebels Association Sportive (Rebels AS) and is the owner of Foot Autrement. He also serves as the Caribbean Programs Director at Seed International, overseeing initiatives in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Uganda. As a Chalmers Faith and Finances facilitator, Belo promotes financial literacy and resilience while mentoring young individuals. His work reflects a deep commitment to education, sports, and empowering communities.
Hector Noberto Bargas
Sports Educator / Consultant

Héctor is a former Argentine professional footballer and coach, recognized for his contributions to football development. He began his football journey in 1967 with Club Atlético River Plate and debuted in the Argentine Primera División in 1975, helping his team win the First Division championship. He later played professionally in Argentina and France for clubs such as Club Sportif Cuiseaux-Louhans, Club Omnisport Le Puy, Stade Olympique de Châtellerault, and Compiègne Football Club, where he also served as a player-coach.
In 1992, his jubilee match in France was attended by seven Argentine world champions, including Ubaldo Fillol, Osvaldo Ardiles, and Sergio Batista. He later played in the 1995 Senior World Cup with Argentina, alongside six World Cup champions, reaching the final against Brazil. After retiring, Bargas transitioned into coaching and scouting, working with Defensores de Belgrano and River Plate’s youth program. He acted as an intermediary for top European clubs, including Bastia, Nantes, and Marseille, and scouted young Argentine talents for AS Saint-Étienne and OGC Nice. In 2020, he identified Haitian players for opportunities in France, underscoring his dedication to global football development.
Fluent in Spanish and French, Bargas remains active in football as a coach and mentor, leaving a lasting impact on the sport.
Aneas Jean Romel
Sports Educator / Consultant

Aneas is a Haitian football administrator, coach, and educator, known for his contributions to grassroots football and youth development in Haiti. Born in Carrefour, he studied administration at the State University of Haiti and holds FIFA certifications in coaching, physical education, and grassroots football.
Aneas has served as General Secretary of A.S. Truitier since 1999 and founded École de Football Roi du Ballon in 2002. He has also worked as a youth football coordinator and technical advisor for the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) and is now President of the Haitian Federation for 7-a-Side Football. As a coach, he has mentored players like Kenol Versailles and Prunier Mondy, who have gone on to represent Haiti internationally.
Beyond football, Aneas has taught physical education at several schools and remains a passionate advocate for youth development. Married and living in Carrefour, he continues to leave a lasting impact on Haitian football and education.
